      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate on billing and revenue cycle activities to improve efficiency and reimbursement
      - Follow patient accounts through the billing process and engage with patients regarding their accounts
      - Train staff on patient insurance benefits and optimal use of EPIC practice management and billing tools
      - Assist with provider enrollment with third-party payers during the onboarding process
      - Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while resolving billing-related issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduate or GED
      - 1 year of recent office experience, preferably in healthcare or finance
      - Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic health record software
      - Ability to prioritize and organize work according to competing timelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Knowledge of healthcare payers and regulatory policies
      - Experience with revenue cycle in a community or migrant health center
      - Associate's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
      - Experience with billing or collecting healthcare accounts
