      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently manage and respond to requests in a timely and accurate manner while interacting professionally with internal and external customers
      - Review and submit claims to payors, perform account follow-up activities, and process credits and payments
      - Monitor assigned work queues to ensure accounts are resolved accurately and promptly
      - Assist in composing policy and procedure manuals and adhere to documentation standards
      - Act as a technical resource and may assume lead responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; college-level courses in finance, business, or health-related certificates preferred
      - Minimum of four years of professional and/or hospital revenue cycle billing experience
      - Ability to read, write, understand, and speak effectively in English
      - Basic computer navigation skills; experience with MS Office and CS-Link preferred
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hospital revenue cycle experience preferred
      - Working knowledge of regulatory and CSHS policies and procedures
      - Basic understanding of HIPAA and privacy information guidelines
      - Proficiency in keyboarding and data entry
      - Professional and courteous demeanor
