What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and submit claims to payors, and perform account follow-up activities
- Analyze and resolve complex cases and problem accounts with minimal assistance
- Input specialty or cosmetic charges and create manual invoices for payment follow-up
- Review accounts on OCS report with providers to initiate collection calls as necessary
- Attend specialty clinical huddles and participate in group problem-solving

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; college-level courses in Finance, Business, or Health Insurance preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or hospital revenue cycle billing experience required
- Expert knowledge of CS-Link functions and multi-specialty areas of the revenue cycle
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, payor contracts, and billing policies
- Ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex billing issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional billing experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding for accurate charge assessment
- Experience in making operational process recommendations
