What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager and supervise collections specialists to ensure effective collection of outstanding balances from third-party payers
- Communicate professionally and effectively with staff, payers, peers, and leadership
- Identify collection trends and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Analyze claims to determine outstanding reimbursements due
- Organize work and manage changes within the team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of medical collections experience
- Strong results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders
