      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Regional Revenue Managers by inputting system changes related to pricing, discounts, and property details
      - Participate in weekly Revenue Strategy meetings and implement discussed changes
      - Review and recommend pricing strategies based on a 60-day window analysis for assigned hotels
      - Maintain brand system updates and communicate enhancements to the Revenue Generation team
      - Complete weekly strategy packets and maintain a special event calendar for brand-specific hotel markets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of hotel experience, preferably in revenue management and group sales coordination
      - Minimum 3 years of brand system-specific experience in a revenue management role
      - Expertise in revenue management systems such as One Yield and IDeaS Software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or bachelor's degree
      - Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools such as Delphi, CI/TY, and Envision
      - Industry certifications through various organizations
      - Hilton and Marriott brand experience preferred
      - GRO and OY certified preferred
