      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Epic setup for billing of new onboarding clinics and clinicians
      - Collaborate with revenue cycle teams on billing handoffs and escalations
      - Troubleshoot and optimize billing-related system issues and workflows
      - Ensure compliance with coding rules and regulations, including Medicare billing
      - Provide training and orientation to staff regarding coding and billing practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in an office-based physician practice
      - 2+ years of expert knowledge in professional revenue cycle billing and processes
      - Strong knowledge of medical coding, including CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multi-specialty certification through AAPC or AHIMA
      - Experience with Epic and other full EMR systems
      - Knowledge of healthcare compliance and multi-specialty coding/auditing
      - Experience developing and implementing training programs
      - Ability to maintain composure during challenging interpersonal interactions
