      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform reviews and updates related to Charge Description Master (CDM) integrity across all cost centers
      - Evaluate current charging processes to ensure compliance with government and payer requirements
      - Analyze changes to coding and billing rules, providing guidance on charge capture and billing processes
      - Collaborate with multiple departments on revenue management initiatives and complex projects
      - Prepare monthly and year-to-date statistical reports to ensure accurate financial reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - Minimum of three years of healthcare-related experience
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel; experience with EPIC P/R and Craneware is a plus
      - Strong financial management skills and ability to analyze data for operational guidance
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with revenue integrity processes and knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes and Revenue Codes
      - Familiarity with Epic charge capture methodologies and financial analysis in healthcare settings
      - Additional certifications or training related to revenue cycle management
