What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and monitor the HHS charge master to prevent revenue leakage
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations regarding charge capture
- Conduct annual cost center quality reviews to identify charge capture gaps
- Collaborate with clinical areas and other revenue cycle partners to ensure revenue integrity
- Provide support and education to clinical leadership and staff on coding and billing trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT/HCPCS procedure coding, and revenue codes
- Familiarity with UB-04 and 1500 billing requirements
- Ability to monitor and communicate regulatory changes effectively
- Experience in conducting quality reviews and analyzing billing processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in revenue integrity or healthcare billing
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience in training and educating staff on coding and billing trends
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations
