- Oversee revenue management strategies of hotels; identify opportunities to improve and develop strategies to increase performance.
- Track, monitor and report out on analysis of strategies
- Participate in weekly calls with hotel team to evaluate performance, analyze and adjust rate strategies and track strategy effectiveness.
- Provide weekly call recaps to property and regional leadership.
- Monitor competitive set pricing and strategies; provide recommendations for property strategy changes in a proactive manner.
- Manage daily rates and rate restrictions to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Partner with hotel teams and stakeholders to develop annual revenue budgets.
- Ensure all company and brand revenue and reservation systems are up to date, and functionality is fully optimized.
- Research markets and comparative market hotels to develop an understanding of historical and future performance. Understand growth of competition and economic development in areas around portfolio hotels and the impact in our properties.
- Evaluate daily, weekly and monthly market share reports to understand trends and opportunities vs. competitive set and the market as a whole and ensure targeted relative occupancy and ADR positioning is achieved.
- Provide analysis of competitive set amenities and recommendations for property to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to evaluate OTA strategies and evaluate sales and marketing strategies and their impact on occupancies and revenue.
- Assist property team with weekly, monthly, rolling forecasts and annual budgets using various reporting and Brand systems. Lead the continual improvement of the forecasting process.
- Train property leadership on key areas of revenue and yield management and adhere to operation's standards and ensure successful execution of revenue maximization efforts.
- Demonstrate business ethics and personal integrity by adhering to all standards, policies, and procedures (SOPs, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to travel to various hotels to experience the hotel, travel may occasionally be overnight.
- Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time, either seated or standing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships virtually, be conducting effective remote meetings and communicating verbally and in writing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a revenue management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree desired.

JOB SUMMARY:
In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of Revenue Management for the assigned portfolio of hotels across the country.
This position will optimize hotel profitability through all property revenue streams. Responsibilities will include monitoring, managing, and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the efficient and effective balance between demand and availability. The Revenue Manager will work with the property leadership to evaluate, strategize, and implement procedures to increase revenue and overall profitability.
