      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the technical owner of Salesforce, addressing administrative and technical needs
      - Lead projects to refresh and enhance the Salesforce instance in preparation for growth
      - Centralize Customer Success data and processes into Salesforce
      - Develop reporting capabilities for the Customer Success team, focusing on key metrics
      - Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team on improvements across integrated applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certified Salesforce administrator
      - Minimum of 12 months of Salesforce administration experience, particularly with flows, integrations, and automations
      - Experience working with customer data or supporting a Customer Success team
      - Proactive attitude towards changes and a strong bias for action
      - Ability to manage competing priorities in a hyper-growth environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications or experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Gong, Sales Nav, Seismic, Clari, or similar tools
      - Experience with Gainsight or Planhat as a Customer Success Management tool
