What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, and other outbound sales tools
- Design and refine sales processes, playbooks, and data hygiene standards
- Develop and maintain real-time sales reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with sales teams on outbound prospecting best practices
- Provide training and documentation for sales representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Advanced skills in CRM automation, workflow design, and lead routing logic
- Strong analytical mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other data manipulation tools
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Previous experience scaling sales operations at a high-growth startup or SaaS company
- Exposure to AI-driven sales automation and intent-based lead scoring
