What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency of revenue-generating activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role within a high-growth company, ideally in healthcare or SaaS
- 3+ years of experience in management or implementation consulting
- Strong systems inclination and proficiency with tools such as HubSpot and Stripe
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative problem-solving approach

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing cross-functional workflows, particularly for event or program management
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, comfortable with testing and iterating
