What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain data accuracy in CRM (HubSpot) and ERP (NetSuite) through manual data entry and routine data hygiene
- Audit and streamline existing reports and dashboards across CRM, ERP, and BI tools (Amplitude, Tableau)
- Extract and deliver manual data queries for routine and ad hoc reporting requests
- Maintain consistency and reliability of Commercial business performance metrics during the automation transition
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data insights and support operational continuity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics, revenue strategy, or sales operations
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and execute tasks efficiently based on leadership direction
