      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support business systems and processes by partnering with Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing teams

      - Develop training materials and documentation to enhance system adoption
      - Assist in diagnosing system issues and collaborate with system administrators for timely resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, preferably in a high-tech or SaaS environment
      - Strong interest in process and systems optimization
      - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
      - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to change
      - Familiarity with key systems within the tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Zendesk

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in high-velocity, transactional business models
      - Hands-on experience with Revenue Operations system configurations
      - Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills to navigate team dynamics effectively
