- Complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, QQs, and other client documents for institutional clients
- Assist in the ongoing improvement of content used within documents
- Develop strong relationships with SMEs throughout Schwab
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of related client response (RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, etc.,)/sales support experience
- Knowledge of financial services/products/asset classes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to run and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently. Ability to effectively manage new projects, existing maintenance, and shifting priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Ability to effectively operate in a team environment in which significant emphasis is placed on accuracy and timeliness
- Affinity for learning new and complex software applications

Schwab Asset Management is the asset management arm of the Charles Schwab Corporation. Schwab Asset Management delivers a wide variety of products including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, collective investment trusts, and separately handled account strategies. Client Communications and Product Services & Solutions provides support to the larger Sales and Client Relations Team and is a key component of the Product Management and Innovation team. We are responsible for completing client responses, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and Quarterly Questionnaires (QQs) to current/future clients. We also develop and maintain qualitative and quantitative content for use within responses and third-party consultant databases and provide support for ad hoc client requests.
We are looking for an RFP Manager to be responsible for the completion of institutional client responses. This individual will prepare and deliver high-quality client responses that adhere to Schwab’s style and grammar templates; collaborate across the organization with SMEs and other business partners; while adhering to strict deadlines. This role presents an opportunity to interact with business partners and subject matter experts throughout the firm and provides exposure to Schwab’s offerings and business functions.
