What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, execute, and improve governance and infrastructure elements of the Operational Risk program
- Assist in governance committee reporting and communication of initiatives
- Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risks impacting the program
- Serve as project manager for maintaining program documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper execution of the program, including risk assessments and challenge/due diligence tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related disciplines
- 5 years of experience in Finance, Risk Management, or related risk disciplines
- Certifications in Risk Management preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP), CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, and CISM
- Experience in operational risk management or cybersecurity
