What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct Property Specialist Risk Assessment surveys and service complex applicant and written business to evaluate overall risk
- Develop and deliver Risk Engineering products and services, including training and technical assistance
- Provide technical guidance on changes in industry, regulation, and strategic business needs
- Act as a business consultant to internal and external partners, enhancing collaboration and support
- Plan and manage resources to achieve project goals related to Property and Marine lines of business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in a science or engineering field strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance or a related field
- Certification/designation(s) such as CFPS, CSP, CPCU, ARM, PE preferred
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
