- Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of the various Risk Stripes running this programme.
- Identifies stakeholders and key organisations and build and manage relationships.
- Leads the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programmes and with Senior Management.
- Leads the identification and drive resolution of issues related to EPT Adoption, including those outside established programmes of work.
- Works with stakeholders to ensure programme scope definition meets business objectives.
- Works with Programme Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.
- Drives adherence to programme processes, procedures, methods, and standards for programme delivery and leverage across the programme.
- Assists programme teams in negotiating for resources owned by other departments in order ensure the programme can be completed.
- Directs the identification of risks which impact programme delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
- Ensures programme plans meet business needs as described in the programme initiation documents.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

Team/Role Overview
This role will be responsible for supporting the Risk Enterprise Product Taxonomy(EPT) Programme Head in the delivery of a Consent Order Regulatory Business Critical Milestone (RBCM) to “Adopt and implement the Enterprise Product Taxonomy (EPT) in lieu of legacy product taxonomies for risk management, aggregation and reporting". Responsibilities will include communication of plan deliverables, deadlines and dependencies to key stakeholders; oversight of data provider dependencies and timely Credit, Market, Retail and Operational Risk execution of EPT Adoption; quality assurance over artifacts produced to support RBCM Closure; maintaining status reporting on plan progress and benefits for management updates. This RBCM is of critical importance to the Consent Order closure. Additional Consent Order related activities may be required to support Risk’s overall commitment to the Consent Order.
