What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform operational risk and third-party risk management reporting and analysis
- Create and maintain a system for organizing reports within the Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC) system
- Prepare educational reports for the Board of Directors regarding significant risks
- Monitor data quality controls associated with risk system inputs and outputs
- Research and identify emerging risks in collaboration with risk management teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, governance, or a similar role
- Minimum of 5 years of report writing experience with Archer and Power BI
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Strong report-writing technology and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with centralized monitoring of regulatory responses
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing for technology enhancements
- Proven ability to establish methodologies for identifying emerging risks
- Experience in automating reporting processes
- Knowledge of the Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC) system
