Support management in monitoring effective application of the internal control system.
Oversee processing quality of the High-Risk Credit Register.
Ensure the implementation of activities related to the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and associated regulations.
Oversee processing of certain reports.
Ensure management of activities related to operational risks, the business continuity plan and information security.
Ensure compliance with current policies, practices and standards, as well as the legislation governing the distribution of financial products and services.

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience

Knowledge of French is required
As a risk management analyst, you contribute to analysis, guidance and prevention with regard to risk-related operations and activities such as crisis management and security, as well as compliance and internal control. You are responsible for monitoring internal controls and operational risks. You act as a risk management resource person and serve as a risk management advisor, support person and coach for your entity. You monitor the internal control system, ensuring that supervisory controls are completed, and are responsible for execution quality. You provide opinions in accordance with the rules of your discipline for the development of recommendations and appropriate implementation plans. You draw on your in-depth knowledge of the business area and your ability to manage complex situations. You liaise with the Desjardins Business Centre and the various Desjardins components. You draft internal control and credit activity reports. You support the manager in identifying and implementing corrective measures. You also support the manager in keeping documentation up to date and with employee coaching and training. More specifically, you will be required to:
