This is a unique opportunity for a multi-faceted experience spanning operational risk management and client due diligence. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of and demonstrated experience with risk management processes. Also important to success in the role will be the ability to identify potential risks associated with initiatives, processes, etc. Reporting to Manager, Client Due Diligence, the Risk Management and Review Analyst will also assist with due diligence reviews and request from our diverse portfolio of financial institution clients. The Analyst will also provide support related to the company's annual security audit processes (SOC and PCI).
Responsibilities - Fulfill standard client due diligence requests
- Coordinate updates to client due diligence package
- Serve as liaison between departmental risk owners and Enterprise Risk Management
- Represent Enterprise Risk Management in project meetings
- Serve as point of contact for risk identified via issues
- Document departmental operational risks
- Participate in risk assessment activities
- Monitor and track mitigation activities to closure across the enterprise
- Develop operational risk tracking dashboard
- Support the compilation/gathering of various artifacts required during the SOC 2 assessment process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in risk management, client/vendor due diligence, compliance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
