What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct risk and control assessments to identify and implement necessary controls
- Collaborate with business unit owners to support risk identification, assessment, and reporting
- Perform risk assessments for new products/services to ensure effective risk management
- Provide risk advisory services and facilitate stakeholder meetings on risk-related issues
- Prepare management reports and communications to ensure data accuracy and clarity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, risk management, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise and/or operational risk management, audit, or compliance in a financial institution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from various sources
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings clearly to management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint
