What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inquiries in the Appraisal Service Desk inbox and redirect as necessary
- Review reassignment requests and ensure compliance with Appraisal Independence laws
- Monitor orders in the Collateral Management System and provide updates on statuses
- Analyze appraisal documents and make risk-based decisions
- Assist management in prioritizing work and delegating tasks for coverage functions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in appraisal services and/or mortgage lending
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, or similar database reporting programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in risk management or financial analysis within the banking sector
- Familiarity with appraisal reports and regulatory compliance standards
- Ability to build strong relationships with third-party vendors and internal teams
- Knowledge of collateral management systems and processes
