What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inquiries in the Appraisal Service Desk inbox and redirect as needed
- Review reassignment requests to ensure compliance with Appraisal Independence laws
- Monitor orders in the Collateral Management System and resolve outstanding statuses
- Analyze appraisal documents and make risk-based decisions
- Assist in evaluating AMC performance and provide feedback on 3rd party vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in appraisal services and/or mortgage lending
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing appraisal disputes and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with collateral management systems and appraisal products
- Ability to create close working relationships across the bank and with third-party vendors
