      Job Title: RMA (Returns Management Authorization (English + Mandarin))
      Location: Penang, Malaysia

      Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

      Job Description:

      RMA Desk team coordinate the process of RMA (returns Management Authorization) requests for the order reason types like B70/B71/B72/B25.

      • Review the RMA requests received through Emails from External Customers
      • Coordinate with Order Entry Team for the RMA#creation
      • Coordinate with internal teams for the approvals of the RMA#
      • Acknowledging customer on the RMA request with the RMA#
      • Follow up with the internal quality team for the Failure Analysis reports.
      • Managing escalations, Queries and issues from customers and internal teams related to RMA
      • requests, returned parts, invoice mismatches.
      • Working on some customer specific reports
      Order Entry:

      • Order entry into Order Management System (“OMS”) as per the source document/s in compliance with SOX, PwC and IATF requirements.
      • Order entry Stock orders and Sales orders, RMA for product, Sample Orders (both paid and free), Hub orders) into the Order Management System
      • Create Ship To address as per order entry requirement.
      • Perform verification of order details entered and post the order in the system.
      • Interact closely with the designated team in various geographies that
      • operates to respond to queries, act on instructions et.al. to ensure customer
      Satisfaction

      • Maintain data integrity of OMS and execute system operations that are mandated to maintain data integrity and accurateness of the system.
      • Need to maintain the turn-around time for order creations.

      Customer Portal Update:

      • Review sales order, inventory, and update order status in customer portal.
      • Provide response to customer queries against SO number.
      • Update the delivery status with customer.
      • Handle any delivery & order related issues.
      • Update customer’s portals with relevant data or as defined time to time.


      RMA (Return Material Authorization):

      • Create different types of RMA requests in systems as per guidelines.
      • Standard RMA & Failure analysis request processed into the Order Management
      • Perform verification of RMA details by using warranty, ASA shipment & serial number check tool
      • Interact closely with team and designated team in various geographies that operates to respond to queries, act on instructions etc.
      • Need to maintain the turn-around time for order creations
