What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform technical and non-technical risk and vulnerability assessments of relevant technology areas
- Make recommendations for cost-effective security controls to mitigate risks
- Maintain knowledge of applicable cyber defense policies and regulations related to auditing
- Prepare audit reports identifying technical and procedural findings with recommended remediation strategies
- Communicate and report to stakeholders on security-related documents and status updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Cybersecurity field or a combination of related education and experience
- Experience with assessment and authorization (A&A)
- Knowledge of risk management processes and network attack relationships
- Ability to use Microsoft email and applications such as Teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Desired security certifications such as A+ CE, Network + CE, Security+ CE, CCNA+ Security, CND, SSCP, or equivalent
- Experience with RMF package generation and assessment
