What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive audits of patient medical records and clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as employer policies
- Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports for management
- Provide education and training to clinical staff on documentation standards and compliance requirements
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to promote a culture of compliance and quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Prior experience in auditing, quality assurance, or healthcare compliance
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
