What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive telephonic nursing assessment, evaluation, and advice to patients using established telehealth protocols
- Document and maintain records of telephonic interactions and medical assessments
- Direct patients to appropriate levels of care based on assessments within the organization's guidelines
- Notify pharmacies of new prescriptions and authorizations of refills as ordered by clinicians
- Manage personal work queues and expedite emergency calls as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license through the State of California
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA) certification
- Emergency Severity Index (ESI) Certification within 30 days of hire
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- ACLS and PALS certification
- 2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in ER, critical care, pediatrics, or medical/surgical nursing
