What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive telephonic patient assessments and provide appropriate medical advice
- Follow established clinical protocols and direct patients to appropriate levels of care
- Document telephonic interactions and maintain accurate medical records
- Manage work queues effectively and expedite emergency calls as needed
- Utilize resources like Language Line for non-English speaking patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license through the State of California
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA) certification
- ESI (Emergency Severity Index) Certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to demonstrate superior customer service skills in all interactions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- ACLS and PALS certification
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in ER, critical care, pediatrics, or Med/Surg
- Experience with telehealth protocols and procedures
