What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct training for courses including Care Skills, Medication Administration, and the use of electronic health records/e-MAR
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Education and Regional Directors to support community training needs
- Evaluate training efficacy and recommend enhancements based on trainee retention and application of content
- Champion hospitality and customer service delivery to residents, families, and visitors
- Maintain proficiency in company policies and state and federal laws governing assisted living

What is Required (Qualifications):
- RN license required; Associate degree or Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 2-5 years of experience working as a registered nurse in a long-term setting
- Hold or obtain certifications for training on applicable state-specific programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to present effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a nurse trainer
- Familiarity with state-specific training requirements in relevant states
