This is a great opportunity to be part of our New RN Graduate program that offers full-time registered nurses opportunities to grow throughout their careers while we support their transition from a new graduate to a fully skilled and professional nurse!

You will participate in one of the “New Grad Transition” training program cohorts, which is a unique training opportunity Abrazo Healthcare designed for our new grad RNs. This program offers multi-layers of safety, support and time management skills and will coincide with your hands-on, unit-based training.

• New grad RNs begin their career journey by completing the new hire orientation and classroom clinical training during their first full week of employment.
  
  
• New grad RNs will spend eight weeks in assigned unit orientation, which includes unit-based, one-to-one training with the assigned preceptor, unit leaders and clinical educators.
