What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide triage and health advice to patients, consumers, and clients via phone
- Utilize computerized triage protocols to assess patients' symptoms and determine appropriate patient disposition
- Respond to requests for information on medical conditions, medications, diagnostic tests, and prescription refills
- Process prescription refill requests received from pharmacies and patients
- Participate in remote patient monitoring for discharged patients from the employer's hospital

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current RN license in the state of North Dakota, Minnesota, and/or Wisconsin upon hire
- Ability to obtain RN license in all 3 states within 3 months of hire
- High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
