What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to routine, urgent, and emergent patient issues at CN Hospital Critical Care bedside
- Collect and analyze patient data from remote monitoring and multiple data sources
- Communicate with the healthcare team to provide safe error-free care during routine and emergent conditions
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of identified triage/symptom guidelines and use decision support tools
- Collaborate with bedside teams to solve clinical patient problems using virtual monitoring and AI tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years nursing experience with a minimum of 2 years' recent pediatric experience in pediatric cardiac ICU
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
