What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to routine, urgent, and emergent patient issues at the Critical Care bedside
- Analyze patient data from remote monitoring and multiple sources
- Communicate with the healthcare team to provide safe care during routine and emergent conditions
- Document patient health status and trends as appropriate
- Collaborate with bedside teams to solve clinical patient problems using virtual monitoring

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years nursing experience with a minimum of 2 years in a pediatric CVICU
- 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Additional certifications related to telehealth
