What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily operations and staff of Virtual Patient Observation and Texas Health Care at Home
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and monitor department policies and procedures
- Coordinate patient flow, care assignments, and assist with human resource management
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Promote a positive image of Texas Health Nursing and serve as a role model for staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience required
- RN upon hire required
- CPR certification within 30 days of hire required and maintained every 2 years
- Hospital acute care and adult care experience strongly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 4 years of RN experience with previous charge nurse or similar leadership experience strongly preferred
- 4 years of RN experience with at least 6 months of charge experience highly preferred
