What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain deep clinical knowledge of the VELYS suite of digital surgery products and the Total Joint Reconstruction implant portfolio
- Facilitate customer experiences with VELYS technology for orthopedic surgeons and medical staff
- Partner with the sales team to support capital sales activities
- Assist with surgical cases and product demonstrations as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement launch strategies for VELYS Digital Surgery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and priorities independently
- Interest in medical devices, software, and hospital IT
- Willingness to travel up to 75%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive knowledge of orthopedic implants, particularly total knee and total hip systems
- Clinical experience in an operating room environment
- Experience with robotic surgery
- Background in Joint Reconstruction, Trauma & Extremities, or Surgical Sports portfolio management/marketing
