Job Summary

Smalley is currently hiring a Rolling Mill Operator!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating 1 or more rolling mills at a time in a fast-paced environment
• Load wire and set up each stand of the mill
• Inspect the wire quality throughout each step of the process using testing equipment such as micrometers, hardness testers and shadowgraphs, and verify correct measurements
• Communicate effectively with their team across all shifts
