Our mission at Duolingo is to develop the best education in the world and make it universally available.
We are seeking a talented and motivated UX Research contractor to execute Duolingo’s Rolling Research Initiative. As our Rolling Research Coordinator, you will moderate weekly, qualitative research and design testing sessions with Duolingo language learners. You will work with internal stakeholders in Design and Product to provide valuable insights that will guide the evolution of our services, including our mobile app and website. Your duties will include recruiting participants, writing discussion guides with stakeholders, conducting research sessions on Zoom, and analyzing findings to deliver top-line reports.
This is a contract role, in which you will work closely with the Duolingo research and product team members; interact weekly with Duolingo users; and produce regular written deliverables.
This role is remote-only, with working hours predominantly between 9am - 5pm EST.
We are looking for someone to begin immediately. We hope this research moderator will continue working with us for a minimum of 6 months in this role, with an option to extend through 12 months or more.
