Job Description
- Req#: ROOMI002594
- Maintains cleanliness standards for both guest rooms and public areas and inspects them to ensure that standards are met.
- Records inspection results and notifies cleaning personnel of inadequacies.
- Trains or re-trains staff on proper housekeeping procedures when needed.
- In absence of Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the housekeeping department supervision.
- Cleans rooms and public areas as assigned by Executive Housekeeper.
- Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
- Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
- One year previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
- Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
- And most importantly an engaging personality.

Hampton Inn Buffalo-Airport/Galleria Mall, is seeking a Room Inspector to join their housekeeping team!
A Room Inspector supervises cleaning personnel and inspects hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and lobbies by performing the following duties.
Pay range: $18.00-$19.00
