      The TechnipFMC Graduate Program is a multi-year initiative designed to accelerate the development of entry-level professionals through diverse, hands-on experiences. Participants rotate every eight months, gaining exposure to various roles such as materials planning, project scheduling, production control, risk management, and workshop planning.

      Throughout each rotation, Rotational Graduates are fully integrated into their teams, working on real projects with significant responsibilities. This approach not only builds a robust professional network but also provides a comprehensive understanding of TechnipFMC’s planning and execution processes.

      The program combines formal training with on-the-job learning, offering numerous professional development opportunities. Additionally, it includes built-in leadership and mentorship components to support personal and professional growth.

      Upon successful completion, Rotational Graduates collaborate with program leadership to align on a long-term placement that aligns with their career aspirations and the company’s needs.

      Job Description

      • Executes project planning strategies to ensure that quality, cost effectiveness, and schedules are maintained
      • Participates in defining and executing strategies and activities to mitigate risk
      • Makes sure all the information necessary for projects are available in a timely manner
      • Supports and conducts all activities within planning department
      • Prepares all required documents in due time and owns first pass/first yield
      • Engages with cross-functional disciplines to ensure the successful execution of projects

      Work Environment:

      • Office and possible shop or field environments. Possible exposure to hazards such as noise, heavy equipment, temperature extremes, chemicals, pressure testing, etc. while working in assembly areas and field service applications.       Physical Demands:

      • Spends 50% of the time sitting and operating a computer or workstation. Spends 50% of the time in the shop or field environments.

      You are meant for this job if:

      • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA.

      • Preferred educational background in one of the following disciplines: Construction Management, Construction Science, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or other relevant disciplines

      • Previous experience in relevant field is a plus

      • Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship

      • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
