- Agriculture or energy experience or understanding of agriculture or energy industry
- Previous internship in finance, accounting or field of agriculture or energy
- Ability to take key data points and derive them into actionable insights
- SAP experience

As an Associate in the Finance Rotational Program, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas. Our goal is to develop early career finance and accounting professionals at CHS by exposing rotational program participants to a wide variety of functional and business experiences across the finance function. The CHS Finance Rotational Program is a unique opportunity for motivated candidates with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills who possess a strong desire to succeed and an ability to build strong relationships.
The three-year CHS Finance Rotational Program provides an opportunity to grow professionally, gaining knowledge and experience through on-the-job training in three, 12-month rotations. Rotations include but are not limited to: Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Energy FP&A, Ag FP&A, Accounting, Audit, Treasury, Credit, Corporate Development, and Financial Shared Services (FSS). Each assignment will allow participants to build strong finance and accounting foundational skills, partner with a variety of leaders, participate in a formal mentor program, and develop broad networks across CHS.
New associates entering the Finance Rotational Program will begin June 2024 and will join CHS with a cohort of other undergraduate alumni.
