Responsibilities:

Must live in or near the Dover, Delaware regional area.

All Route responsibilities, such as:

Selling product to customer to fill sections, displays, end-caps, etc.

unloading/ reloading product needed for stores

driving from location to location to service stores, warehouse, etc.

communicating with company management

paperwork / inventories / WH duties

truck inspections, maintenance responsibilities

Qualifications:

Requirements High school diploma with post high school studies preferred

Microsoft Office skills

Able to work independently, effectively plan and make good business decisions in the absence of direct supervision

Pass and Maintain a DOT Medical Physical and DOT Medical Card with a minimum of 1yr renewal

Must be able to drive a DOT certified truck up to 16' in length

Must have and maintain a clean driving record

Strong organizational skills

Previous experience in DSD route sales preferred but not required

Ability to travel

Highly motivated leadership skills
