      CLA is looking to hire a RPA/Automation Engineer to join our growing Internal IT team.

      About the role:

      As a RPA/Automation Engineer, you will:

      The Automation Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and orchestration solutions using Camunda. They will be responsible for developing automations that support business goals. Candidates will work closely with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement automation solutions that improve business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

      The Automation Engineer possesses outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills along with strong communication skills.

      Essential Job Functions

      Design and Development:

      Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.

      Develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.

      Develop and implement orchestration solutions using Camunda.

      Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation requirements.

      Testing & Documentation:

      Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and accuracy of automation solutions.

      Create documentation, including PDDs and SDDs and provide training to end-users.

      Maintenance:

      Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation solutions.

      Technical Competencies :

      Strong knowledge of automation concepts and technologies.

      Experience with C# and JavaScript development languages.

      Experience in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.

      Experience in designing and developing automation workflows.

      Experience in conducting testing and troubleshooting.

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      Strong problem-solving skills.

      What you will need:

      • 3+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath or other RPA software

      • 2+ years of experience in orchestration development using Camunda or other orchestration software

      • 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and C#

      Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience, education and training may be accepted in lieu of degree

      Organizational Interfaces

      The Automation Engineer reports directly to the Solutions Development Manager. They will interact on a regular basis with other IT team members, business users, Managers, and Principals. They will also work with external vendors.
