- Delivering a service which makes RSPCA callers feel heard and supported
- Dealing with a range of calls from reports of animal cruelty to rehoming animals
- Compassionate with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- An ability to learn new skills quickly, including adopting new processes and technology
- An ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
- A good listener, who can be empathetic, show patience and adapt their behaviours to suit different callers
- Ideally, experience working within a customer service environment.

This assessment will introduce you to Capita and the Customer Advisor role, while measuring your suitability through a series of short tasks. If you’re successful, we’ll arrange a short video interview for you to learn more about the role and the client you’ll be working with.

Salary: £21,255 per annum
Start date: 29th January 2024
Permanent Contract - 37.5hrs a week
Location: Hybrid, minimum of two days in office required.
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 (5 days per week including weekend day). Various fixed shifts available.
Working between the hours of 07:00 – 23:00 (Currently on reduced hours of 08:00 – 20:00)
Training: 3 weeks working from home for 4 days and 1 day in the office. This is followed by 2 weeks in the office to complete the development centre.
All training hours will be Monday to Friday.
