What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with CME and Department staff to build accredited RSS activities in an online Learning Management System (EthosCE)
- Review RSS documentation for clarity, completeness, and compliance with ACCME guidelines
- Provide support for live activities, conferences, and webinars
- Assist the CME team in maintaining accreditation status with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and recommend necessary changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
- Knowledge and skills developed through relevant work experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service, administrative support, or event coordination experience
- Familiarity with ACCME, AMA, PhRMA, FDA, and OIG guidelines
- Experience working in an academic medical center or university
- Ability to engage comfortably with senior executives, faculty, and physicians
- Demonstrated capability in managing event logistics and providing a positive experience for attendees
