What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with CME and department staff to develop accredited RSS activities in an online Learning Management System (EthosCE)
- Review RSS documentation for clarity, completeness, and compliance with ACCME and institutional guidelines
- Communicate issues regarding RSS documentation and recommend resolutions
- Assist with customer support for live activities, conferences, and webinars
- Maintain accreditation status with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
- Knowledge and skills developed through relevant work experience
- Ability to represent the organization's mission and values effectively
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in clear and professional communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service, administrative support, or event coordination experience
- Familiarity with ACCME, AMA, PhRMA, FDA, and OIG guidelines
- Experience working in an academic medical center or university
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Ability to interact comfortably with senior executives and faculty
