Job Description

MSEN CIPT Field Reliability Engineer leverages statistical analyses to support aggregating, visualizing, and forecasting field data. Familiarity with data analysis/visualization tools (Python, Minitab, Tableau, QLIK) a plus. Responsibilities include:

• Field data aggregation, management, and visualization
• Statistical analyses for field reliability, risk forecasting
• Supporting root cause investigations/fleet risk assessments

Basic Qualifications

Applicants MUST be willing/able to relocate for all rotational assignments & have flexibility to travel/live anywhere in the U.S. & possibly abroad. This flexibility will result in dynamic rotations that provide broad exposure & further develop your functional skills.

Selection is based on the following minimum criteria:

• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
• Relevant internship/co-op experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Engineering: Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems Engineering, or Hard Sciences: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Computer Science, or other related discipline.
• Cumulative 3.5 GPA & transcripts are required at time of application. Degree must be obtained between December 2023 - June 2024.
• Self-motivated, driven & team-oriented; able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Program intended for internal interns/co-ops, & external entry level professionals looking to create value & grow their career at Raytheon Technologies.

Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $52K - $124K; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
