What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee a sales team of 6 Account Executives, focusing on Enterprise accounts with 5K+ employees
- Host quarterly team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with direct reports
- Manage regional activities and marketing programs, engaging onsite for larger opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Operations to drive sales effectiveness and reporting
- Define prospecting expectations and ensure account-based marketing strategies are implemented
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-8 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the High Tech industry, preferably SaaS
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams of 6 or more
- Strong metrics orientation with a focus on sales process efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military and/or work experience
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with various sales routes including inside, field, channel, and strategic partner sales
- Experience in designing tailored outbound sales strategies for senior-level decision makers
- Onsite involvement with sales engagements and deal closure
