      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales managers to identify new business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
      - 5-8+ years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector
      - 3-5+ years of experience in people management, specifically with Enterprise or Majors teams
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proven ability to coach teams through the full-cycle sales process, from prospecting to closing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Channel experience in sales preferred
      - Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology is advantageous
      - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
      - Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills
