      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly to inquiries from B2B partners and the Hyatt GPGS team via phone, email, chat, and other channels
      - Proactively reach out to partners and hoteliers regarding queries or requests throughout the customer journey
      - Maintain service-level averages by effectively managing all interactions
      - Collaborate with various departments to enhance the B2B partner experience
      - Handle sensitive information, including company card details, with care and confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong background in customer service and communication, ideally within the travel industry
      - Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
      - Experience in sales and service cycles for B2B partners
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
      - Familiarity with using communication tools such as Microsoft Teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a hospitality or travel-related customer service role
      - Knowledge of hotel booking systems and processes
      - Ability to analyze feedback and adapt responses accordingly
